Non-rigid pelvic belts (like GRDL) have been shown to improve function, reduce pain and severity of symptoms. However, this should be part of a treatment approach alongside other modalities.

Gentle hand wash and rise well in cool water to remove soap residue. Do not use fabric softener.
Line dry. Do not tumble dry, iron or dry clean. Prevent rolling, ensure straps are fastened prior to washing.

I was about 31 weeks pregnant when I first started using the GRDL belt to provide extra back support and reduce SIJ related discomfort.. I also spend A LOT of time on my feet as a Women’s Health Exercise Physiologist and can whole heartedly say this belt has been the best thing to prove that extra support for my growing bump. We love the GRDL belts here at our clinic because they have the softest, but still super supportive, fabric out of all belts on the market.
