Our founder
Fiona is a Women's & Pelvic Health Physiotherapist, and a mum of one cheeky toddler.
She's worked with pregnant women for almost a decade, both as part of maternity ward teams in hospitals, and in her private pelvic health clinic.
Drawing inspiration from both her clinical expertise and personal experiences during pregnancy, Fiona wanted to create a belt that ticked all the boxes.
GRDL is all about reimagining lumbopelvic support in a simple and practical way, blending hypo-allergenic materials with ergonomic design, all while ensuring a cozy fit.
