The GRDL Tummy Tube provides comfortable, breathable abdominal support to help ease back discomfort, reduce abdominal separation (DRAM), and assist with recovery after birth.

Designed to feel like a second skin, this soft, latex-free band offers light compression for abdominal support during pregnancy and for postpartum recovery. 

The seamless, flexible design allows for everyday wear under or over clothing, helping you move freely and feel supported through every stage of motherhood.

Size

Size Chart

Size S: 

For postpartum, (safe immediately post birth, however some people prefer this size from 1-2 weeks postpartum onwards)
NOTE: Size S is for postpartum ONLY, and not appropriate at any stage during pregnancy

Size L

For pregnancy (from approx 25 weeks this size would provide the best benefit, however can be used sooner). Also appropriate for early postpartum (first 7-10 days).

Some research statistics

  • 33% of pregnant women have a DRAM by
    the 2nd trimester, and almost everyone has one by the end of the 3rd trimester.
  • At 6 weeks postpartum, 60% have DRAM, reducing to 45% at 6 months post birth
  • Abdominal tubing postpartum has been shown to reduce DRAM by 7%
  • Abdominal support after c-section birth has been shown to increase mobility and decrease pain

Our Tummy Tube provides gentle support for your back and stomach during
pregnancy and postpartum, but it is not a standalone treatment.

True recovery works best as part of a personalised program including guided exercises, posture care, and professional advice. Always consult your healthcare
practitioner for individualised guidance.

Care Instructions

  • Hand wash or cold gentle machine cycle only
  • Lay flat to air dry.
  • Do not tumble dry or iron
  • Remove overnight

Discontinue use if you develop redness, swelling or itching of the skin.

Due to the nature of the material, it may fray at the bottom after repeat use which is why this item is an affordable alternative to other forms of compression. Simply cut off the loose strands.

Made from cotton & spandex for soft, breathable, hypoallergenic fabrics which provide light compression. Latex-free.
